I'll take an Economy, please. On the rocks!

I've just made an executive decision. Oklahoma is supposed to be recession proof, right? Well, I do know of people getting laid off. Even though both Ryan and I work for craft supply retailers, and should be fine (everyone's making things by hand in these tough times, right?), I still can't help but wonder what we would do if we, too, were laid off. So here's my executive decision:

We'll sell everything we own that's worth anything and buy a retro trailer on craigslist. We'll drive it around and park it in random places and just craft and make art inside, all day long. That doesn't sound so bad, though...

This one is really cute, too!

I need to remind myself that a steady paycheck and benefits are important. Even though the thought of crafting full-time, inside an adorable retro trailer sure sounds nice!
:)

Okay, now back to getting ready for tonight's Christmas pre-party with the family! I'm bad at stalling getting ready by googling random things. It's just so entertaining, I can't help myself...

Love always,
Kelli

Well, they're cute and I bet they'd make adorable little studios - but LIVE in one? I don't think my art supplies AND my living stuff (food/clothes/etc) would fit in there. Heck, I don't think my art supplies alone would.

Maybe if we downsize our house, Patrick would let me park one out back?

Although I love the trailers - I'd rather have you thinking of them in terms of your vacation home!
